WARRANTY AND AFTER WARRANTY PERION SERVICE
  

During the warranty as well as (based on customer request) after warranty period, the maintenance and service of the X-ray equipment sold will be made by the company Editronic International through the Nuclear Unit Editronic Service Rx (CNCAN authorization MN 030/2003) . Every repair in the after warranty period is covered by a warranty period of 3-6 months and for the spare parts delivered a warranty period of 6-12 months according to the type. Our company is concluding service contract based on monthly fee for a wide range of X-ray equipment up to 20 years old.

 
SPARE PARTS AND ACCESSORIES
 
A regular spare parts stock is available for urgent repairs for all X-ray equipment sold. If not available any spare part could be delivered in maximum 30 days. Based on the distribution contracts concluded with the manufacturers our company is able to supply for all equipment sold any spare part during a time period of 8 years from delivery. The same for accessories and specific consumable materials.

 
 

LOCAL SERVICE NETWORK


Through its own local service network we are able to respond to the service calls from our customers located in almost all major cities of our country. For keeping a high standard of quality of our technical services we have invested continuously in tools and specific devices as well as in improving the service people knowledges, having today a top position in this field. Having our own company cars we are able to have a fast response to our customers service calls. The response time is usually 48 hours.

 

QUALIFIED AND TRAINED PERSONNEL BY THE FOREIGN MANUFACTURERS


All repairs executed by our company are made by qualified personnel trained at our manufacturers facilities. All our engineers are authorized according to the Romanian regulations.
